Was not an enjoyable experience
It's impossible to get ahold of office staff, you never even know who to reach out to because you get different responses from everyone on who to contact, even regarding the simplest of matters. When you do ask a question by email or text (there's no main office line or on-site staff), it's not a quick response. Customer service was not great. There was an instance where we were late on our rent one month out of the year we were there, without warning that our rent hadn't been paid yet, we were… slapped with a late fee that they were unwilling to waive for the one time. Most places do offer a courtesy waive, and understand things do happen. And it was only because I had thought I set up automatic payments, but apparently did not do it correctly (lesson learned!). Other complexes I have resided at have sent out courtesy emails when rent hasn't been paid yet, so that it can still be paid within the grace period before late fees are assessed.
No amenities. You even have to pay for the coffee machine in the lobby once your "5 free cups" are used. They didn't offer anything special, like resident get togethers. Our neighbors did, however, take it upon themselves to put together resident gatherings where they paid for and brought their own food/beverages, etc.
A majority of things that were promised before we moved in were not completed or even started close to a year after we moved in.
The appliances and storage space are the reason I am giving it two stars. Not many places do offer extra storage space or have high quality appliances.Review from Apartments.com
