Living at Everly Darien has been great. The maintenance staff respond quickly, keep our grounds clean and are friendly. The office staff is just as friendly and professional. I'm enjoying seeing the upgrades they are adding to the property and look forward to the resident events they host. Great place to live so far!

Old community - overpriced rent. Aloof staff and maintenance team. Unreasonable rent increases for long term residents. Noisy neighbors due to old building structures and lack of management discipline.
