Every employee and resident has been sooo welcoming and helpful. I appreciate a well lit dog park across the street that feels safe even at 11:30 pm! My daughter takes the shuttle every morning and that runs very smoothly. Could not be happier with our choice to call this home.

Cast I is a Construction Zone! Massive Noise Pollution

Review of Cast Iron Lofts I - by long-standing tenant.

Positive Aspects: Maintenance team and front desk super responsive and helpful. True professionals.

Negative Aspects: In the past few months, residents have been assaulted with a massive level of non-stop noise throughout the work-day due to work on the outside of the building and floor repair work inside the building. It has hugely impacted the mental health and ability to work for those of us who work from home. A week or so ago, the...
management team started to offer working space in a connected building, but that is not feasible for those of us who are immuno-compromised. I realize the work has to be done, but there has been no regard to the health of tenants and it has been non-stop noise.

The management team (Bozzuto) has been awful managing this painful experience and just doesn't seem to care if tenants stay or not. Several tenants have indicated they are moving out early or at the end of their leases, and this has not caused any change in approach. Many times the management team doesn't even pick up the phone or argues with tenants and doesn't follow-up. They are clueless about how bad the conditions are at Cast Iron Lofts I for tenants who are at home during business hours.

Previous management teams have handled exterior repair work far more professionally and far less intrusively for tenants.

A lot of folks complain about the elevators and other stuff, but those all pale in comparison to the noise pollution.

We understand how incredibly challenging this must be, especially for residents like yourself who work from home, and even more so for those who are immunocompromised. We initiated the alternative workspace as an attempt to alleviate some of the impact, but we completely recognize that this is not a viable option for everyone.
