Great so far! I’m really enjoying the building’s elegant atmosphere. The move-in process was a breeze. It was really helpful that the building accepted deliveries before I moved in. My apartment is cozy and quiet.

Concierge, leasing, maintenance and management are exceptional. I have lived in three other downtown stamford apartment buildings, and the service here is unmatched. Everyone goes above and beyond and the staff makes sure that the building is always clean. The apartment units itself are built beautifully with amazing appliances and finishes. I love calling Julius my new home.

Me and my wife so far have really been enjoying our rental apartment! The finishes and appliances are great! The room is spacious and the amenities are of high quality!
