my experience so far as a new resident, I will have to rate 3 star so far. As for the interior design and the amenities great.

What I find unacceptable is the lack of cleaning and the parking garage on 2nd floor is completely a disaster so dusty and coffee cups thrown in the corner -

People leaving the provided flat bed for moving convenience on my floor for over 3 days and no one to bring it back to front desk area or storage room.

The most important keep construction dust under control. ...
especially for residence parking on the 2nd floor and paying the premium price.

Great so far! I’m really enjoying the building’s elegant atmosphere. The move-in process was a breeze. It was really helpful that the building accepted deliveries before I moved in. My apartment is cozy and quiet.

Concierge, leasing, maintenance and management are exceptional. I have lived in three other downtown stamford apartment buildings, and the service here is unmatched. Everyone goes above and beyond and the staff makes sure that the building is always clean. The apartment units itself are built beautifully with amazing appliances and finishes. I love calling Julius my new home.
