Community focused residence in lovely Woodley Park neighborhood
2701 has felt like home since the first day I moved in 5 years ago. Not only is the location ideal (across the street from the metro) and the building charming (100+ years of character), but the people are truly wonderful. Santos, Seve, and Aaron are polite, professional, and excellent at their jobs. They are quick to respond should you have a maintenance request and are always working to keep the complex in tip-top shape. The rooms are luxuriously spacious and get plenty of light from the... numerous windows. The overall building size makes you feel like you are part of a community instead of a number in a massive apartment complex. I highly recommend this building to anyone interested!

Wonderful building and location with incredible management
I've been a resident at 2701 for 4 years and it has been an absolute pleasure. Santos and Seve – and more recently Aaron — have all been the most wonderful property management team I've ever worked with. They're unfailingly attentive and kind. I couldn't more highly recommend living here!

Great Building, Great Location
I’ve lived in this building for many years now and it’s just been the best experience. Santos, Seve and Aaron are always around to answer any questions or to help in any way they can. The building itself is so well maintained and any issue that has come up in our apartment has been taken care of immediately. It has been a really wonderful place to live. Cannot recommend it enough.

Superb staff, exceptional management
I can’t describe how great it is to live in this building. I’ve been here for 8 years — the building is always clean, and the staff is superb. The management team here led by Santos and Dennis is exceptional. They are friendly, responsive, and always go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel valued and well taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they make an effort to organize community events, fostering a sense of belonging among residents. I couldn’t recommend... this building enough!

Incredible Building, Incredible People
After living here for several years, I can't speak more highly of the building, location, and above all: the building staff! 2701 Connecticut Ave is a beautiful apartment building directly across from the Red Line metro, with access to Rock Creek Park and a robust community with new restaurants on the block. Santos, our Community Manager, leads a fantastic team of people who make the building feel like home. Any maintenance need is taken care of swiftly and with attention. Seve takes incredible... care of the building and us residents, always greeting folks with a smile. If you are looking for a home, then look no further than 2701 Connecticut Ave. Trust me, you will not regret your time here!
