Great locations, convenient, nice staff - responsive

Awesome location, I had a studio. Right down the road from Union Station and a few blocks from the Capitol Building. Overall maintenance requests were responded to in a timely fashion and the building manager was very helpful in my experience. The only thing I would note is that the gym needed more attention on a routine basis. The building management should institute a daily sign-in to ensure someone is checking that space. There were issues with the climate control, water dispenser, and cable… TV working on a routine basis. Other than that costs are resonable for the location of the building, especially being essentially on Capitol Hill.

Best place ever

This is a great location, pricing and even the building has his years is in a good condition and always clean.When you're in your place you don't even hear anything because people is quiet and there is noise control walls and doors. The people in the office, cleaners and maintenance team are you kind, nice and diligent. I would recommend this place forever.

Capital Plaza...more like Crapital Plaza

Title says enough. Crappy, management is horrible and non-communicative, there are bugs, my bathroom literally didn't have a door. I was without running water for 2.5 days after calling the emergency line twice and putting in 2 maintenance requests

Great location, affordable price.

This is a great apartment in the Capitol Hill area. It would be challenging to find an apartment with at a better location for a better price. Conveniently located right next to Union State and the Capitol Building, the entire city is just a short trip away.

Management is wonderful and very responsive. Great size apartments and safe location.

Capital Plaza Apartment: A Reasonably Priced Complex in Downtown DC, Close to Capitol Hill, Reducing Commuting Time and Increasing Fun Time

They say location, location, location is everything when selecting an apartment. However, with living cost in Washington DC, finding a reasonably priced apartment is not only smart, but good on the wallet too. Capital Plaza apartment is located in Downtown DC, near metro (mass transit) and about four blocks away from Capitol Hill. The National Mall is close by too (walking distance). With its location in downtown, there is less commuting time needed to travel to work (for Washingtonians), giving… more opportunities for spending time with family and friends and enjoying the city. All utilities are included in the rent, which simplifies things. Close to work and inexpensive rent (for a mid-rise in Downtown DC) equals more time for fun!
