I have lived in the building since 2019 and I can say that living at Parc Riverside has been nothing short of a frustrating experience. What was once advertised as a luxurious, modern living community has quickly turned into a cautionary tale of poor management and disappointing service. Most egregious among the countless issues is the ongoing elevator debacle, which has been a daily nightmare for residents.
Two of the building’s three elevators are frequently out of service. While the... management's promises to fix them continue to drag on, there has been no transparency about a realistic timeline for resolution. It's an exhausting, maddening ordeal that shows no sign of improving anytime soon.
To make matters worse, there is no elevator access to the rooftop amenities, which was one of the primary draws when signing the lease. The building’s failure to address the elevator situation means that many residents, particularly those with mobility issues or young children, are effectively locked out of enjoying these spaces. This isn't just inconvenient—it's a blatant disregard for accessibility.
Management continues to offer vague assurances (as I'm sure will be reflected if the building replies to this review) but there’s no transparency or honesty about the actual timeline for getting the elevators fixed. At this point, it's clear that they don’t value their residents’ time, comfort, or safety.
I cannot in good conscience recommend Parc Riverside to anyone. It's a prime example of a building more concerned with looking good on paper than actually providing the services it promises.
All that being said, I want to be clear that this is a management issue. The staff for the front desk, cleaning crew, and maintenance are always very friendly and attentive. And these larger issues are, sadly, out of these good people's control.
