Please don’t get an apartment close to the gym. The noice from people dropping weights is insane and can be heard many floors above the gym. You can complain but nothing will change.

there isn't enough communication from the owners/managers and there aren't enough events. Also, this building needs better insulation. it's too cold in my apartment.

This is a nice looking building with good units and good amenities. That's where the good ends. The management team does not respond or get back to you about any issue, the front desk has no idea how to do anything and is always new because they use a staffing company, and the security is no where to be found so there are people causing issues in the building and loitering all the time.

We are actively working on hiring Greystar team members to provide more consistency and better training at our front desk, and we are also... making a change in the company providing our courtesy officer services.
