there isn't enough communication from the owners/managers and there aren't enough events. Also, this building needs better insulation. it's too cold in my apartment.

This is a nice looking building with good units and good amenities. That's where the good ends. The management team does not respond or get back to you about any issue, the front desk has no idea how to do anything and is always new because they use a staffing company, and the security is no where to be found so there are people causing issues in the building and loitering all the time.

I love living at the Gantry, the staff is very friendly, the gym is amazing and it's been very quiet. My only qualm is with the internal structure, when the apartment below us has their heat on, it gets so hot in our apartment we have to turn on the air conditioning and, in the summer, when the apartment below us as the AC on, the floors in our bathrooms get so moist, it is dangerous to walk on. We have expressed the flooring concern to management however they have no solution for us, it's just... the way the apartment was built.
