The Gantry is an excellent community to live in. I've lived here for over two years and continue to enjoy living here. Above all is the excellent service provided by the administrative, concierge and maintenance staff. They're professional, welcoming and friendly. Amenities are excellent and maintained very clean. Location is outstanding, near a Metro station and a plethora of restaurants, bars, eating establishments, shops, supermarkets, small markets, etc. I strongly recommend The Gantry.

The good staff - fantastic gym, most of front desk people very nice, close to metro., great maintace service.
The bad staff - super noisy having apartment facing train track is a nightmare, security team is a joke, no security whatsoever, leasing office people are no help at all, parking is terrible

Overall I’ve been really happy in my apartment. The front desk staff and the leasing office are very helpful and pleasant. The apartment itself is nice. The common areas are clean and tidy. I don’t really have anything negative to say!
