I've been living at the Kelvin for almost 2 years now, and I absolutely love it! The apartment itself is spacious and modern, offering many community spaces for entertaining. The pool, gym and other amenities are well-maintained, and the staff is always happy to see you. Located next to the Nat's baseball field is a nice perk too! The list continues. Overall, a great place to live, would highly recommend.

The best building! We absolutely love it here and can’t think of a more homey building than this one. They do a fantastic job making it a warm and homey place for all the residents!

I love the building and the staff is the best, they’re super respectful and great people!!! Tthe events that they do for the community are super cool and entertaining!

Management keeps taking amenities from the residents. No free coffee after 11am. Very little air conditioning in the back entrance and the lights get shut off within 3 minutes. Can be scary.
