    Great day everyone, this is J. Brown again from the Modern at Art Place. Life here is still Great!!! Ms. Tiffany and staff are always pleasant and ready to help. Because sometimes LIFE be LIFEING, lol, and some directions are needed. Security, front desk, deliveries ECT, and pet friendly. The building is always neat and clean. Pool, grills, gym, outdoor and indoor sitting areas and party rooms. We still have great community events. Walking distance to the subway, Aldi's and other eateries. If… you're looking for a good and safe community, The Modern at Art Place is the spot. Enjoy life to the fullest, stress free!!!
