A pretty good building. Brand new construction. Leasing agents, maintenance, and staff are very kind and do a great job. Although it was expensive to use due to my background having little credit built at the time, I appreciated having TheGuarantors as an option for a co-signer to be approved to live in this beautiful community. Beautiful workout room. Leasing agents host many creative community events. This complex is big on energy saving ($$) and efficiency! For example, one of your bathroom... lights are sensor lights. As for cons, it is not an extensive rooftop hangout area like other places I have lived in, just a cute hangout nook overlooking the capitol and enough space to walk to a corner if you need some fresh air. They also do not have a pool. Parking can be tricky for drop offs and guests you have. Last, they do not allow residents to use the loading dock outside of the business hours from 9-5. I Absolutely Love The Property My Home Is Beautiful The Staff Is Really Nice And Helping Any Time Of Need It’s Very Clean In The Building The maintenance Of The Building Is Great

Everything is super accessible and easy other than the package room not being organized. It can be hard to receive packages when they are needing a signature since there’s no front desk person. Other than that everything is great!

Venture is pretty good. Great staff and very kind. Would like heavier weights in the gym. The cleaning stuff is nice and super kind as well.
