Dont ever move in here. We extended our lease thinking of all the space. It comes at a premium though. This is most expensive in that area. We maintained the house well. We personally took all pains to clean each and every section of the house. When it came to return advance they charged us 800 for a crack in refrigerator. Now we were sure it wasn't us. They took more than a month to give a picture of it and the picture doesnt even show crack clearly. They are basically charging us for new... refrigerator. This is uncalled for since we dont know if it was there before we even moved in and we are expected to pay for it. It is our 6th rental apartment and we never faced this situation ever. You cant find a better place to live with your family in Bear,Delaware . Beautiful walking/running trails , well maintained pool/gym , large ground to play football , grilling area , multiple children playing area , awesome community hall ,elevator and luxury design of the apartments makes it wonderful.What else do you need to live and grow with family? Management is very good and they help you out right from the day you start your application.Very soft spoken and helpful people. Community is... good as well.Apart from the few maintenance request glitches (which were corrected later), and water not being free , I didn't find any issue living here.
