Luxury prices, no luxury living

Maintenance is responsive and friendly. They sometimes have food trucks. Everything else is either nothing special or just plain bad. Overflowing dumpsters. Neighbors who assault each other. Neighbors who steal your mail when it’s delivered to your door instead of the package center. Neighbors who vandalize others property. Dysfunctional cabinets that don’t open and glitchy touchscreens in the package center. Indifferent office staff who are very polite but completely useless. Pool that... frequently is closed in summer. Broken exercise equipment that’s never repaired or replaced. Abandoned cars in parking lot. Airbnb guests arriving at random times of night & making an absurd amount of noise. Insane rents. When asked why rent was raised last year, was told was due to the existing counters, floor, & appliances already in apartment (nothing replaced/upgraded). If you think 3 square feet of granite countertops is worth $400 more per month than a nearby comparable place that has solid surface counters, then this is the place for you. But it’s definitely not worth it to me.

Used to be good

Been living here since 2016, rent has gone up 800 dollars since then for a one bedroom. Heavy water and sewage bills. Nosey dirt bikes in the summer, they don’t pick up the trash. It’s just going down fast. Look elsewhere.

Reybold Is A Poorly Run Corporation From The Top Down!!!

I had been a resident here for eight years! When I first moved into this complex, Water and Sewer fees were included in your rent! As is the case with most rental properties! However, Jerry, the owner of this complex, decided to start charging residents for sewer and water fees as a result of a "few" irresponsible residents! Instead of having those specific individuals pay for their irresponsible Water and Sewer usage, he has decided to Heap this financial burden upon the responsible residents... of this community! Residents were not given any verbal notification informing them that they would now be responsible for these Water and Sewer fees! Nor, was any written notification sent out to the residents of this community, informing them that they would now be responsible for these Water and Sewer fees! Residents were either sent water and Sewer bills or they received a Written flyer from management, informing them that they would now be responsible for these water and sewer fees! Management notified residents of their decision to start charging them, AFTER they had already forwarded their personal information to water company! The owner also raised the rent on the residents of this community, by a substantial amount as well! Residents had no idea as to why they were receiving these bills and were confused As it relates to the Flyers that were sent out by management! This has caused great financial Strife amongst the residents of this community! As well as a lot of anger, frustration and confusion amongst the residents of this Community! Management here is poorly run from the VERY top down! This is just the latest example of that! Jerry is very condiscending and arrogant towards the residents of this community! Moreover, Jerry is extremely money hungry and he has very little sympathy for the financial bind that he has put the residents of this community in! In addition, the office manager, Terri will NOT return the residents phone calls or respond to their emails! I have had to esculate matters to upper management, to have the MOST basic issues resolved! Issues that Terri, the office manager should be resolving but, can't be bothered with! Save your money and please search elsewhere! I would know as I am a long-standing resident of this complex!

Great Place to Live

As a current resident of the St. Andrews community, I want to thank the entire staff for being so warm and courteous. But, I must say Terri-Lynn in the Leasing Office and Melissa in the Maintenance Office stand out to me because they have never wavered in their commitment to excellence. These two ladies have a strong work ethic and their professional integrity is beyond reproach.

Terri-Lynn always has a smile on her face. She is always welcoming and approachable. She always seems genuinely...
interested in issues that are presented to her and quick to offer her assistance. A few months ago, I walked into the office very frustrated, because I didn’t know how to make the automatic payments on the RentCafe. Terri-Lynn listened very closely and then provided me with step by step instructions on how to enter the portal. I agreed to give it a try, but before I could leave the office she told me that if I still can’t get through that she would personally sit down with me the next day and help me to log on to RentCafe. I managed to log on to RentCafe by using her precise instructions. I never had to go back to the office for a one on one, but the offer had been made and for that I was truly grateful. Her willingness to go the extra mile has not gone unnoticed.

I want to thank Melissa for her unique contribution to the St. Andrews Community. When you call the Maintenance Office, it’s usually because something is not working properly, thank goodness Melissa is on the receiving end of the problem. Melissa is Melissa all day. If Melissa is having a bad day, you won't know about it. She is blessed with a winning personality and an amiable demeanor. She has the ability to stay empathetic without becoming annoyed or anxious. Her patience is much appreciated.

I love living in this community because the staff in the Leasing Office and in the Maintenance Office offer the residents of this community a great source of comfort and support. It’s because of them that St. Andrews has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

First, please know we sincerely appreciate the time you invested to provide such thoughtful comments. We understand how frustrating online applications can become when trying them for...

However, should you ever wish to connect with us directly, our doors are open! Both our maintenance and leasing teams look to make your home living experience a simple and stress free one. We are thrilled we were able to help you with your recent needs. Thank you so very much, again, for sharing your experience.

Increased rent + charging heavy for water and sewage now!!!!!!!!!!

Apartment complex is good and facilities are good too.! But quality of service have come down.
WHY WOULD YOU INCREASE RENT WHEN YOU ARE ADDING WATER AND SWEAGE BILL? That was included in rent all these years and now when you are charging a hefty amount separately doesn't the rent be brought down? At least it should not have been increased more than what was charged previous year! With the increased rent and a hefty water and sewage bill, monthly expenses are like owning a house without actually...
owning one. Come on , have some empathy and respect for your residents, we are not growing money on a tree , its all hard earned money. The value is less for the kind of price paid.

And, we have always had only good things to say about this community, but lately its all about snatching money!
