I recently moved into Compass at the Grove, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! From my very first interaction, the team made me feel welcomed and valued. Stacey was incredible throughout the entire process—she conducted my tour, answered all my questions, and guided me seamlessly from initial contact to signing my lease. Her knowledge and professionalism made everything stress-free.

On move-in day, Sianea was just as fantastic! She helped me get my key fob, secured the... elevator for my move, presented a thoughtful welcome gift, and promptly addressed any concerns I had. Her efficiency and friendliness made the process smooth and enjoyable.

So far, I absolutely love my unit and everything about the complex. The community is well-maintained, modern, and has a great atmosphere. The entire Bozzuto team has been outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. 10/10—highly recommend!

I’ve had an amazing experience living here. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home. Sianea Baker, the Leasing Consultant, went above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth and stress-free. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about residents. Highly recommend!

Staff is very nice and maintenance team is very good. Second building has practially no amenities and rent price is the same. More amenities for children, not dogs only. Things like sewage should not be billed extra.
