Pretty good, but for the cost I’d expect a few changes. For example, many of our utilities break often. Also, our utility bills are suspiciously high. In general though it’s an excellent place to live.

Love the location and this cozy community! Very walkable to shopping and food. Apartment is pretty quiet for being near the road. Of all the apartments we toured, we felt this was the best bang for your buck and we have been very happy so far!

All an all on a day in and out I have enjoyed my time here at the Winthrop. I recently suffered a great loss the management team was very caring. My loss made me think about a possible move to another unit of even possibly moving somewhere else, but as time has passed I reflect on my time here and think where else is just as good or better. My final decision is no to a move for at least now. I have been happy for the 4 plus years of living here and why change.
That being said I do feel that... there are things that could be improved with the appearance of the building.

Overall is good! I lived here for 6 months so far. Ihavent found any change in my mind. It is good place to live. Coffee is free and a lot of space to work
