The amenities are very nice and the staff were knowledgeable. Quick move on and inspection process, very clean apartment. Courtyard view with very little noise

I just moved in not even a week ago and so far I’m really enjoying my new place I’ve been having the best sleep at night so peaceful,I’m just waiting for the weather to break so i can enjoy the pool

LOVE, LOVE AND LOVE IT !!
Beautiful place. Excellent friendly staff and Excellent maintenance crew always fast, helpful, efficient and friendly. The Best resident events and delicious food trucks visits.

Pretty good, but for the cost I’d expect a few changes. For example, many of our utilities break often. Also, our utility bills are suspiciously high. In general though it’s an excellent place to live.

Love the location and this cozy community! Very walkable to shopping and food. Apartment is pretty quiet for being near the road. Of all the apartments we toured, we felt this was the best bang for your buck and we have been very happy so far!
