Poor Customer Service
My Fiancé has filed multiple complaints about gnats in her apartment and has also expressed concerns about the floor boards and wall separating for months. The complex did send a maintenance worker out to inspect however nothing was ever truly addressed. Now water has flooded the entire living room and master bedroom. This flooding has taken place for 2 days and after multiple emails no one from the front office has had the decency to respond back to the email or pickup the phone to say "sorry,... we're working on the issue".
Poor customer service to say the least, but a total disregard for the inhabitable condition that my fiancé is living in.
