Do not rent mice no repairs and the game room is the laundry room the playground is a pile of 2by4 with caution tape

No repairs and no response from owners! There is no play ground no game room there is a gross laundry room that smells like dog and poop. I have real pictures of the apartments. Not what they show you. Also they say they will renovate and give you washer dryer hookups ... Not in 6 years they do nothing but lie.
