Great place to live so far . This place was rebuilt so everything is brand new. That means it’s very clean as well.

This apartment complex has become very violent. The people next door to me are always fighting and making a lot of noise. They also have a lot of kids that sit on the balcony, that is not okay. Those kids could hurt themselves. The people downstairs are always playing music too loud at night. That is why the police had to be called. Also, these apartments need to be renovated such as, painting the parking lot, paint the stairs, cleaning the sidewalks/parking lot, and watering down the apartment... complex because of the dirt on the building. I can tell Eagle Ridge in Under new and terrible management! Lee mas
