I enjoy living here. It’s peaceful! The Foundry has a perfect location. We have the new FoodCity, which includes Starbucks. We also have a couple of restaurants. I don’t really have to crank my car. This is a wonderful place.

Lot of issues moving in. Constant breaking down of elevators. The mandatory valet trash is often not consistent. Lots of loud neighbors and especially at night in parking lot. Front office doesn't answer the phone and its hard to get in touch with the courtesy officer.

I’ve been here a year and i have had a great time being a resident. I’ve had minimal problems and have enjoyed the amenities as well as the community events.

Excellent apartment complex. It’s well maintained and run. My only problems are the elevator breaks down overnight once a month(whatever problem gets fixed the next day) and the shower water flow is too little.

Good community, nothing to dislike. Everyone is very respectful. Management and maintenance team gets the work orders done on time and respond quickly when it’s an urgent matter.
