We recently visited this community, and we were truly impressed. From the moment we arrived, we could tell that this place takes pride in its upkeep – the community is incredibly clean and well-maintained. But what really made our visit special was the outstanding service we received from Brooke, one of the leasing agents. She went above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. I would give her 10... stars if I could! If you’re looking for a place that combines a welcoming atmosphere with top-notch service, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend!

Doug is a great maintenance tech. Always prompt & courteous.

I looked at many apartments before deciding on Highfield Madison!! I’m so glad I moved here. I feel safe, at home, and part of a community of all ages. I even hosted a wedding shower for my daughter-in-law to be in the Resident Lounge area and had plenty of room.

The Highfield Maintenance team is top notch and very responsive due to Doug the team lead. He ensures work orders are completed quickly and has a deep concern for the tenants and their comforts. Regardless of the time of day there is a quick response.
Will, a maintenance technician is outstanding and quick to respond to work orders. He is dedicated and stays on the job until complete. He has a strong desire to make sure tenants are satisfied.
Tina, the grounds keeper, has done an outstanding... job keeping the grounds clean. She works very hard making sure the complex is clean, and the exteriors look good. Lee mas
