Palmier Apartments

I've lived here for some time. Over the years I've had issues come up with my apartment but I've always been pleased with the manner in which management addressed them. The grounds are always well maintained. The laundry facilities on site is another plus. The apartments are located within walking distance or a short ride to shopping, restaurants, pharmacys and medical facilities. I've always been pleased with the apartments and have always happily considered them as my home and not a stopping... point. Lee mas

The rent is very cheap, so that's the best thing. There are many downsides though, such as age. The apartment is over 100 years old with faulty wiring. There are no lights in the closets, so they are very dark, plus, many other drawbacks. The main thing is the mold. It lives and keeps growing on the window sills and doors. I bleach it regularly, but it still grows back. Pretty unhealthy, if you ask me. It's cheap though, so I'm not complaining.
