Point at Fairview Apartamentos

A new management company took over and this place has gone downhill fast. The pool is constantly green or murky. The office people are very rarely in the office, if they are they lock themselves in the office and won't come out. They never never answer the phone anymore. The maintenance guys are great and friendly, but way overworked. They cancelled the pool company and are expecting too much from the local employees at the office. I am very disappointed in the way things are going.

My family has only been here for a little over a week and we are very pleased with our apartment. it's a little smaller than I anticipated, but way nicer than where we just come from. I love the hardwood floors. Nice to have a grill out back and a picnic table as well. The few minors issues with the apartment were fixed immediately.

Living at the Point at Fairview has been an exceptionally positive experience! The apartments are modern, very nice, and superbly maintained; the location is perfect; and the staff/maintenance team is literally the best I have ever seen. I have moved every 3-to-4 years over the past 22 years for work, and the incredible (and I mean incredible) team working here has exceeded all expectations.

I am on my third lease here! The staff is courteous and timely on all service calls. The amenities are well kept and clean. Tammy, Virginia, Bart, and Chaz are always accessible and on property it seems. The landscaping is very nice. Parking is tight on weekends, but I've never had to park more than a few spots from my apartment. The floor plans are open and my apartment was very clean and equipped at move in. I searched every complex in town and these apartments are the best deal going!! I... would recommend moving here to anyone moving to the Prattville Area!! Lee mas
