Full of Roaches, Cheap appliances, looks worse than red roof
Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. The roach infestation is relentless—no matter how much you clean, they’re everywhere, making it impossible to feel comfortable in your own space. The floors are so uneven that walking on them feels like a punishment; over time, it genuinely starts to hurt your feet. The appliances are a joke—cheap, poorly installed, and prone to breaking down when you need them most. The water? It looks and smells questionable, leaving you wondering if it’s even... safe to use. I literally lived 2 months here and was so over it. They would not even want to cancel my lease. I did not care paying it but I was long gone from here.
Noise is a constant companion here, whether it’s from thin 1980s walls, loud neighbors, or just the general chaos of the building. Safety is another huge concern—you never really feel secure, and the previous management didn’t seem to care who moved in, as long as they paid. The former manager, Kelley, was the epitome of unprofessionalism—dishonest, dismissive, and completely indifferent to the well-being of tenants. While the new guy is slightly better, he’s still very uninformed and unorganized, leaving you with little hope for improvement.
Overall, avoid this place and these people. I would upload a picture of the roaches I would encounter everyday and send them to the manager who would say it was me (who just moved) and not do anything about it
