Everest Townhomes at The Peaks

This place is a maintenance nightmare! We went through at least 8 property managers in just over 3 years. It was a nightmare! They do not keep up the grounds to the point that it’s an embarrassment to have guest come over. Leaks under doors, never resolved. Bugs and worms would crawl in under the doors! Ceiling damage never resolved after tornadoes. Repairs made were shoddy at best, most left not repaired at all. Jobs that were started we’re never finished. These condos are everything but... luxury! Management is only concerned about one thing, taking your money each month. Lee mas

The only good thing about this place is the location. I’ve lived here 12 mos and I’ve had 3 different property managers. All three were horrible! The ceiling leaks, shoddy repair work if they show up, maintenance schedules Appts but never show up and never call. My ceiling has leaked ever since I’ve been here! Also some condos were damaged from the tornado in October (my place had water damage) and they still haven’t made any repairs. There are still blue tarps on the buildings due to major roof... damage. My ceiling leaks every time it rains. I think there may be mold. Don’t waste your time and money on these over priced condos. Also, there’s false advertising involved. I’m considering suing. Lee mas

Property management does not keep up the grounds of these “luxury condos”. Water leaks and flooding under doors, weeks without resolution! Definitely not as advertised.

These condos are not luxury condos at all! Begged them all summer to trim shrubs, trees, and small areas of lawn in front of house and they refuse! Worst place I've ever lived. From leaking windows to termites and bugs, leaking roofs, sinks that fall strait through the floor worst nightmare ever! And all the problems 6 months later still not fixed, just free quotes and wasting time for things that never get done! Stay far away UNLESS you want problems!
