Where can I start? DO NOT RENT HERE unless desperate.
There is a cockroach infestation that the complex refuses to acknowledge. Their front desk person Cynthia is very rude and non chalant about it, its automatically your problem. They don't fix onsite issues such as water drains, the mailbox was out for a year, they dont respect your privacy and will walk into your home anytime they want, their pay app doesn't work all the time, and you will accumulate late fees at their wrong, the apartments... are filthy, the call hotline takes a long time to answer, and they never reply if ever, the grounds are not taken care of, and there are wild animals running all over the grounds. If you care about your family, or your things, DO NOT RENT HERE! Lee mas

I like it here, but whoever prepared my apartment did not do a very good job. The top of my fridge is caked in dust from a previous tenant, and the tub was so clogged when I moved in I had to go buy a bottle of Drain-o to get any water to go down. The floorboards are very weak and popping up in a couple of places, it looks like someone dropped a bowling ball on my bathroom floor. Overall I do enjoy staying here though for the location and the quietness

Don’t move people into units with terrible floors, mismatch counters heights, you have no outlets on the patio, the fake turf needs to be replaced with rocks. Have a landscaper rake the rocks because the curb appeal is it. Paint the concrete at the front door instead of having stains everywhere. Make sure the heat and cold air works. Make a better gym, it’s extremely tiny. Finish up the upgrade on the 2nd pool have some consistency. Everything is mismatched. Don’t advertise free month free rent... online but not honor that for people who walk in and look & lease. False advertisement Lee mas

I moved here because an apartment that I was supposed to be moving into had already been spoken for. I had to think fast and move fast, because I had to be out of my last place by 8/9. I found ARR and read through the web site for Greystar. To me, it sounded like the perfect place after reading through their Mission. I've been very disappointed with maintenance, and Greystar all together. Typical management company who thinks about $$ more than they think about the tenants. I seriously doubt... you'll publish this so others can see, but I could be wrong. I was wrong about ARR being a nice clean place to live, with a management company who seemed to care about it's tenants. Lee mas

Avana River Ranch is a great place to live, providing many options for outdoor and indoor recreation, we have a gym, 2 pools, several outdoor pods some with jungle gyms for the kids, poo stations for the animals, and wide sidewalks that lead around the entire complex. It’s quiet and peaceful, people are friendly but mind their business, everything has a routine as well. Trash comes twice, mail is more frequent, it’s an easy complex to navigate around.
