Resident of just over 2 years that just left

As others have said, I can confirm that parking at Marquis at Chandler is an absolute joke. I remember I asked the leasing office before I first moved in if there are enough parking spots on property and they assured me that there were. DO NO BELIEVE THEM. Since only one spot is available per unit for $35, residents play musical chairs with their roommates in uncovered parking spots to ensure they always have one for themselves. This leaves zero parking for guests and the open parking along 95th... street is at 100% capacity every single night. Another gripe of mine was the location of my unit. If you move here, make sure your unit is as far away as possible from Frye Rd. You will have extreme levels of road noise, sirens from the hospital next-door at all hours, and an absurd amount of dust/pollutants entering your apartment. Another issue is the hallways, they get no ventilation and just absolutely reek of trash and your neighbor's Hamburger Helper dinner. There were definitely a few pro's though such as maintenance fixing work orders within a reasonable time window and the rest of the residents being quiet and respectful. Overall, if you can swallow the cost to live here, I'd recommend it if you're alone and only need one paid parking spot. Its main selling point is how its conveniently located near two freeways and the Chandler Mall but I still believe a better value can be found elsewhere in Chandler.

Regarding your... concern about parking, we strive to make it clear to prospective residents that our community does have parking challenges and that we manage parking daily for anyone that might need it. Additionally, our staff is active in ensuring valet trash is picked up daily and that there is no lingering trash in the hallways outside of outlined pickup hours. Given our location next to a hospital and a fire station, we do have noise coming from Frye Road, which we make clear to any prospective residents. nightmare

parking is the biggest problem in this place, no extra space for your guests at all, recently cops started the showing up more often, if your place close to the main gate it will never let you to sleep super loud and management don't care about it.

Current resident - Leaving soon

My family is very minimalistic, we require very little and rarely complain.
However, The Marquis At Chandler has left us with so much room for complaint. Check the 1 star reviews on google, everyone complains about the same stuff, its not just me.
PARKING IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE FROM HELL! Honestly, like nothing Ive ever seen. You are given 1 covered space (at a monthly cost of $35 before tax) There is also the option to rent a garage for an additional $125 a month (Expect to be on a waiting...
list) However, there are not enough spaces in this complex to accommodate GUESTS. And of course, people have guests all the time.
Sure, there is parking in the surrounding neighborhood, but there will not be parking available ON THE PROPERTY. Yes, you will have a designated spot (probably far from your unit by the way, so get a wagon for hauling groceries, packages, etc.) But god help you if it's late at night and you accidentally park in your neighbor's spot, because there will be no mercy. Due to the lack of parking availability, it creates an incredible demand for spaces needed to put your vehicle. So BEWARE and always double check that you are in your spot because that tow truck will 100% be in route and you will be down the drain $250. (I imagine the tow company appointed to this property really loves it here because of how much money they make off of us lol) There are about 30-40 total guest spaces inside the gated garage port. I wish you the best of luck finding any of those spots open. The pool is... okay? Pretty shallow with no aerators or waterfalls to help keep it cool during the summer days (expect to feel like youre swimming in warm soup) The hot tub always has maintenance issues and there are frequently loud parties and cookouts by the pool. There is also a plot of farm land right next door to this complex on the west side. And whenever they harvest their crop, the entire area reeks of cow poop for about 2 days, so thats pretty exciting. Also the "smart lock" on your front door will never work. Your key fob will work but the app that is supposed to allegedly unlock your door or control your thermostat will never work even though its part of your $100 a month (TeChNoLoGy FeE) LOL. Truly, this entire property is a mess.
