I'd stay clear
Raised rent $200 after the first year. During that time, the pool and fitness center were out of commission. The front office was renovated cosmetically but did not improve at all for the benefit of the residents. Same exact fitness center with new fans and floor. The pool remained untouched. Frustrated residents, after much frustration of not having the amenities for nearly a year, received an email saying that the price of the apartment doesn't entitle us to amenities. Essentially they paid... thousands of dollars for better pictures to market the place. Also, they went through each apartment for a shake-down to see if everyone was complying with their colossal amount rules. I understand protecting your investment, but it was invasive in my opinion, and I have never had that experience in all the years I have rented. Not a fan of the owners and management. However, I have had a great experience with the maintenance crew. Parking is horrible, pigeons are everywhere, and terrible landscaping. I will not be renewing the lease when it comes time.
