DON’T RECOMMEND!
Curve doesn’t care about the community when it comes to appearance or their residents. The entire community is poorly maintained. Weeds all over the place, trees falling over and not being maintained, it took a Giardia outbreak at the dog park for them to finally power wash it, dog poop all over even though we pay to have our dogs DNA tested so a fee is enforced if you fail to pick it up, trash cans aren’t emptied, and the general grounds are not being well kept.
Curve has failed to be... personable. It’s not uncommon to walk around and see staff and them not acknowledge your existence. When interactions do occur out of necessity, staff seems uninterested at best, and annoyed and rude at worst. This used to be a community that we cherished, and it has turned into a joke since Curve bought out Liv.
They don’t have access to cameras even though they’ve been here for months, our gates constantly stop working so people can’t enter or exist the gates, or they stay open and create a safety concern, the trash compactor has turned into a goodwill where people leave couches and it’s impossible to access. They have limited office hours and don’t work on Sundays. There is no emergency maintenance, and getting normal maintenance to complete things quickly is a struggle. They have increased rent, included additional fees that we didn’t have before, and the community, service, property, and amenities have decreased significantly.
My husband and I are not normally ones to complain, but the straw that broke the camel’s back was that we just received our renewal offer and it’s a $140 increase from what we have been paying. Charging more…for so much less….with a large amount of empty units and disappearing community.
When you come and look at this community it looks nice outwardly, but once you’re a resident they don’t care about you at all and things won’t be what they initially seemed. I wish that Curve never would have bought out our complex, or they would at least care about their residents, community, and amenities to make living here worth while; instead you’re just consistently disappointed, frustrated, and paying more for absolutely nothing. The few people who have left positive reviews have no clue what our community was like before and need to understand that this is not the community it used to be, should be, or what we’re paying for. I can no longer recommend this community.
