Hand full of things. Apartment was poorly ready for move in. This is a brand new property the place should have been perfect no one lived in here. I have worked at new properties none of which would have been acceptable. Attention to detail was missed and should not have been signed off on by staff. Still things that are still strange but just have to live with it.because it won’t get done. And was a bit frustrating explaining these things to staff. All brushed off like it’s not anything I... should worry about told them about chipped counters and everything and they said just write it down you won’t be responsible. I want it resolved and to not be responsible. I just get told that I don’t own it so don’t worry about it. I did maintenance for many years if I told a resident that I would have gotten written up or fired. The staff is friendly and maintenance guys are nice but the maintenance done was sub par. So I have not requested the things fixed. Beeping fire alarms across the property. The property garbage areas are disgusting, bbq area sinks and bbq are falling apart and not cleaned to the point I have to clean it for 20 min before I use it. Parking I was told by 3 people the leasing agent, and both maintenance staff it’s ok to park in front of my garage. There is zero extra parking on the property or near by and there never will be. That alone would have prevented me from moving here. There’s cars that haven’t moved in the 2 months I have lived here a black Lexus is300 same spot never moves. While I do like my apartment I wish things were better. Over all I’m happy here. I just feel there’s a lot that could be better for an apartment complex brand new. No one lived in my unit. There’s too many negatives to give a 4 star too many good to give a 2 star I would give it a 2.5 really because too many things knock it down maybe a 6 out of 10 would be better
