Price not Commensurate to Experience
Horrible maintenance. It has been over four months with the dishwasher broken and we still have not received any correspondence on when it will be fixed. We have placed multiple work orders, called, emailed, and asked in person, yet our dishwasher has not even been looked at once and we have been made many empty promises (i.e., “we will look at it tomorrow”). If you can tolerate unresponsiveness, constant need for pest control consultation, and the pervasive smell of marijuana this place may... work for you. In the meantime we are amenable to discussing this further, seriously (no empty promises), with management.
Update 1 (4/11/2022): Two weeks have passed since the owner’s response, with their promises to learn from their mistakes. I spoke to someone from the office who assured me it would be fixed over the weekend. Here I am still waiting for maintenance on an order that was initially placed in November. Gotta love the “growth” and “learning from mistakes”.
Update 2 (4/27/2022): The office incorrectly marked my work order as completed without even examining that which was broken. The audacity is laudable. Don't waste your time or money. There are cheaper equivalent places. If you are going to get this poor service and poor experience at least make sure the rent is commensurate.
