The apartments are beautiful inside. The kitchen is well done. Plenty of cabinets and stone counters. The fridge has a water and ice dispenser. It's full size. By far the nicest I've seen. The sink has a pot filler faucet with a large sink. In unit washer and dryer. 9ft ceilings make it feel so spacious. The bathroom is huge. I even had to order a 78 inch tall shower curtain. The HVAC is the quietest I've ever heard! There are lots of parking options. Assigned covered and uncovered and even... garages. There is a good size dog park that I see residents actually using. The city has a paved bike/walking trail accessible through the gate at the back of the complex. Everything is gated. The unit doors are all double dead bolts and we'll lit. The trash areas are well designed. There is a package locker. The area is great with endless dining and shopping close by. The staff has always been friendly and quick to help me when needed.
