Manager is very very rude, and no matter how many times you complain about something to her she never fixes it. She also forgets what is in her own lease agreement.
Been here almost 6 months and have to call maintenance every other week to fix something, and your lucky if they ever even fix it.

The manager is very rude the pool is never open. I found a bunch of mold and was treated like i put it there. They have evicted people for owing less than $10 of rent due to oversight or lack of funds but arrangements were made and still got evicted. I would give no stars of possible

The current management in the office is about as Rude as someone can be...
The pool is Always Closed for one reason or another. If asking why the response I received was "thats apartment living". Keep in mind it's the hottest month of the year, and it hasn't remained opened on a consistent basis for some time now.
The laundry room is a mess with rundown washers and dryers that can't all be used at the same time or the power is out. Plus there's not enough washers and dryers to accommodate the... tenets.
Repairs are never completed,unless you hassle the office nonstop or a property inspection is in the works.... Even then you are lucky if your Repairs are done.
The tenets are mixed just like most complexes. You have your good & your bad, but nothing really crazy.
I think the one thing that can't be overlooked is the office manager. Her attitude is so offensive, it's pretty much deal breaker for me. Everything else is disappointing, but can be worked around if needed.
