Happy calling these apartments my home

I have loved living at Colores Del Sol apartments. The staff is great, residents are friendly and I have had no noise problems since I have been here which I’m always worried about when moving somewhere new. The apartments also have a food truck come by once a week which is a bonus! Definitely worth checking out.

Amazing Place!!!

We just moved in here and already love it and know we want to stay awhile. The application and lease process was so easy, the staff are always happy and smiling and ready to help. They have events for the residents, maintenance is quick and the property itself is always clean. The kids in the area are nice and don't cause trouble. This place is amazing!!

Great layout!

I have lived here the past 3 years. The office staff is very friendly. Its a great location. It's off a busy street, so there's some traffic noise but not bad. The floor plans are great and the master bedroom (in the 2 bed/2 bath) has a HUGE closet!!!

I love this place but time to go

this place is ok if you have lots of kids the constant slammed doors and screaming kids is delightful but thank God for my enormous walk in closet it's the best hiding spot from all the noises lol its nice other than that

enjoying life at Colores Del Sol

Lived here for over a year and I love it. everything about it the pool, playground, staff and the homes. it doesn't have that boxy apartment feel. jt feels like going home after being away for so long. its comfortable and cozy.
