Very nice apartment complex to live with your family. Very quiet, kids playing outside. Would definitely recommend to live here. Also it's very close to freeways and grocery stores.

The community is good so far. Parking seems tricky at times. The walls are very thin in my dinning room so I can hear my neighbors yelling. I noticed that the office will be closed during posted open hours some days. The maintenance so far has been good.

Community is great, management doesn't seem to know what they are doing and often will take on random fees or charges without warning only to remove it if you ask about it. Rent also increased while their other apartments with the same layout went down on their website.

Great place to live just wish these parents would teach their kids kindness and how to pickup after themselves. Kids are constantly littering and dog owners not picking up after their dogs.

There are still several issues that need to be addressed. The noise level in the evenings remains quite loud. We keep finding trash and cigarette butts, which raises concerns about the potential for fires. Additionally, the bushes need to be trimmed. On a positive note, I am pleased with the new BILT service so far, and I hope it continues to honor all the incentives it is offering.
