The renovation guys were also amazing, when they were here!
Unfortunately the water takes a long time to heat up which brings up your water bill. I also had a roach in my apartment, only one but still it is disturbing. Then recently I had a a/c leak which made it to where I can’t really run my unit. I called emergency maintenance and they did not respond AT ALL. I put in a request as well, because usually they would see that. The gates are always broken, and open so “secure” is a very loose... term they use. When the gates are open homeless people have been known to use the pool as a bath.
The longer I rent here the less I like it honestly. I am ready for my lease to end and I haven’t even been here 6months.
