Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must sign a rental usage agreement and agree to the rental terms and conditions. A minimum age requirement of 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests applies.
