Apex on Central Apartamentos

Omg I rushed moved in and it was my first time they were easy to work with but the apartment was awful. Neighbors loud constantly fighting sometimes shooting and bad kids. Apartments have roaches and scorpions if your lucky. Always someone new in the office. And the very last day I went to turn in my key and the office was locked but as I walk away I hear some one so I say I’m just dropping off my key I didn’t need anything else I was told to come back later but I was only on my lunch break and... I couldn’t but she didn’t care. Oh and the rates changed constantly I was told to pay more to stay an additional year but I never was going to stay I couldn’t count the months fast enough I didn’t feel safe Lee mas

I'm not the only one noting this. The company that owns these apartments has no regard for the heat in AZ. 4-6 units have AC out every day and PRS tells our ONE maintenance man NOT to FIX the AC units, rather to recharge / patch the units and never allows him to actually take the time to fix the AC for any of the apartments.

As a result, my AC and many others has gone out on a biweekly basis since summer started and it takes 1-2 full days to even have anything done about it because the ONE guy... doing the repairs is stretched too thin working on the roof in 110 degree heat on the same apartments every single week.

Stay well away from these apts. There are plenty of other issues, but this one is the deal breaker. It's currently over 94 degrees in here as I type this. I know because my thermostat only goes to 94 before it says OL because it wasnt' designed to measure temperatures above 94.

If you move here, you'll very out car broken into, almost guaranteed. It has happened to mandates few of my.neighbors. The covered parking is mostly UNLIT with no sources of light other than the moon and failing, flickering lights. It is very scary here because my friend got a knife pulled out on him by some young adults/teens while he was talking on the phone in his car. It's very dangerous here because many of these people that hang in the parking lot are on narcotics. Not to even mention, all... the listed pedophiles living here. I've been here a month already and definitely regret moving here because of the lack of safety. I wouldn't recommend to anybody. Lee mas

My lease is up in a couple of months and I have been trying to decide if I was going to move again. I'm not going to lie move 1st couple months here were a little rough with maintenance getting done I had basically decided then I was going to move when my lease was up. But since then I have met a couple of my neighbors (nice quiet people) and had all my maintenance issues dealt with that now I feel at home here. The office girls are nice and helpful but seems like there is always a new face to... see in the office. It's not a bad place to live at all. Like I stated in my title I will be here another year and I only see things getting better. Oh one last thing if your not kid friendly this isn't the place for you. But being a grandmother of 5 I'm used to that. Lee mas

WestView Apartments are you get what you pay for the space is nice. they do fix things after you complain about it for a long time.
