The apartments are beautiful, but the service here is the worst I have ever experienced. They don’t respond to all emails, it’s taken 2 days past our move in date before we got access to the app portal, and they either straight out lied to our face, or their staff is not well informed. We would have gone somewhere else if we knew the pool wasn’t heated year round. We were told multiple times, AS A SELLING POINT, that they don’t have a jacuzzi because the pool is heated all year @ 84°. May be... writing to corporate in how disappointed I have been since we locked in the lease price.
