They Focus on Getting People In, Not Helpful Once You Sign
They're great at getting people in to view the properties but once people pay and sign a lease, they drop the ball. They really should be focused more on their existing residents, not the potential residents. Extremely frustrating experience and no one takes responsibility, they just keep saying so-and-so is supposed to handle that and residents are supposed to follow-up repeatedly. Poor customer service.
There is also major confusion with what's on their computer system as available and... what's actually available. They tell people certain condos are available but then when they walk them there, those condos are occupied and no one seems to know what's going on. Poor communication between everyone.
