No WIFI
The Cox internet service is bundled into the rent as an amenity. None optional $75 dollars. The wiring in the building is old and myself and other residents have gone without internet service for weeks due to ingress. Cox would not help until they got okay from management. I sent multiple emails and tried to call the office (no one answers) and went into the office. Maria Rodriguez , the manager, NEVER responded or was in office.
Unprofessional ,rude staff. You will pay for Cox internet but you... better get a hot spot also.
