management is extremely frustrating

terrible management I would never live here in a million years
the worst experience I've ever had at a leasing office. I came here to look for an apartment and the leasing office was locked so I had to call to get info. Phone was answered by James G. he was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and lazy. made me wait outside in hot sun for 20 minutes to take a tour. Gave me incorrect information, l was lost in the complex and he refused to answer the phone until I called with blocked my...
number !!!! terrible

Cozy Community

Living at Mandarina has been very nice! Pretty quiet community of mostly young professionals. The office staff is always friendly and helped me out with whatever I need. This is the only apartment community I found that offers a student discount which is very helpful! The pet rent is also very cheap! The only issue is parking. Sometimes it is hard to find a spot after 7 if you have two cars. There is only one assigned spot. Garages are available but pretty expensive at $65 a month! Besides the... small negatives, I love living here! Very nice place for the price.

I am home!

Our apartment community is nestled off the beaten path here on E. Washington street, and if you take the time to visit you'll find, our neighbors are the best you'll ever meet. Easy access to the freeway, and any to business nearby, via car, bus, light rail or bike, whichever you'd like to try. They have many floor plans to choose from, and our fitness room and pool are really great. The walking paths are very well lit, all within a secured gate. Plenty of covered parking to go to around, but... they have garages here too. The leasing staff is very helpful at finding the right options for you. I really enjoy my apartment, but once I emerge outside, I love visiting with my neighbors and their pets...yep, my joy I cannot hide. I am home!

Good complex, great location

Been living here for about a year and a half, and I have very few complaints. The location is perfect; its only a five minute walk from the closest light-rail station (and Starbucks!). Furthermore, it is nearly equal distance from downtown Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix, and downtown Tempe is only a few minute drive away.

The grounds are clean, and all the maintenance and office staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a real nice pool.

There is nothing especially nice about the unit...
I rent out. That said, I have no complaints. Quiet, no bugs, friendly neighbors. Never had any issues with anything breaking down.

Overall, I would certainly recommend this apartment complex to most anyone.
