Todo ha estado muy bien, llevamos 3 meses viviendo aquí y hasta ahora sin problemas. Me gustan las áreas compartidas como la alberca y el gimnasio, estan muy bien cuidadas.

Nice, quiet place. Close to everything in Arcadia. Large patios. Pool and hot tub. One thing that is strange is that it’s a gated community and you have to have key to get out. There is no keypad to let you out. If you have a friend come over you have to walk them out. ??

Great staff at The Palms. They are friendly and always ready and willing to help. Grounds and pool areas are nicely kept. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed. I have found my neighbors to be friendly and considerate of others and I love the diversity at The Palms.
Parking spots too narrow and can be difficult to maneuver. Would be nice if there were mailbox rooms on each side of the complex, without having to go through two locked gates to our mail.
Would be so much better for... convenience and safety if there was at least one walk in shower in two bath apartments.

The Community is a great one. All the tenants seem to be respectful of our shared space and good citizens. The staff is attentive and helpful, really nice folks.
A shout to the maintenance team, quick & get things done. I’m grateful that I was able to find a place like this.
