I am disappointed living here. The pool & hot too are not heated properly. I am paying for those amenities. The maintenance people scraped my kitchen floor bringing in a refrigerator & were trying to convince me that the the 2 ceiling fan lights were ok when they are clearly not working properly etc….

I love legacy apartments, I love the 24 hour amenities and I feel comfortable there. Maintenance team seems very nice and they are quick to get the job done!

This apartment community is beautiful with a lot of greenery and trees! I highly recommend this community as it is close to everything and the apartments are well maintained.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

We moved out on May 9th 2024 and have not received our security deposit refund. Sent us a check with wrong tenant name!, (who wasn't even a tenant) and now have made excuse after excuse to avoid paying. The unit itself was old and dated and need of remodel. Way overpriced because you're near an expensive university. Their management team turnover is once a year, and completely incompetent. They turn the water off all the time. Too many other better places. Avoid!

It has changed greatly since I moved here in 2006. We had monthly gatherings in the club house with residents. Not much going on right now.
