This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers, offering all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. The condo features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a smart TV with streaming apps, a washer/dryer, and complimentary coffee. The bedroom configuration includes two queen beds. Please note that stairs may be required, and the condo is not wheelchair accessible.

Located in Kierland Commons, the condo is close to world-class golf courses, hiking trails, spas, and more. Enjoy the best of Scottsdale, then return for a meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and a dip in the jacuzzi. Ideally located, the condo is just a short drive away from various attractions and is even walkable to Kierland Commons.
All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Failure to provide these documents will result in cancellation and denied entry. All guests must sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, guests agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions, provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in, and may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or building. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is a zero-tolerance policy, meaning police will be called for violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check.
