Don't rent here

Terrible experience. Poor quality appliances. Bugs. Shady management practices. Extreme lack of support from Resolution Center. I urge you to look elsewhere. Will milk you for every penny on the move out.

We are unsure if you have the correct apartment community. If you had any concerns or issues with appliances, residents simply need to put in a work order to resolve the issue. We offer pest control services on Wednesdays when requested by the... resident. As per move-out charges, we take pictures at the time of move-out to document any damages along with having a qualified vendor inspect the unit to evaluate. Gone downhill

Water pipes constantly breAk; leaving residents without water. Zero soft water in the units. Car break ins. Management doesnt keep the spiders and dirt on the buildings in check. Rats

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. We strive to provide an outstanding living experience, including our highest level of maintenance and service to our residents. Our property and units are treated for pests on a regular basis and... additional treatment is available upon request. Please do not hesitate to contact the office should you need additional treatments. Water quality concerns can be addressed at the City of Scottsdale water and sewer division. We do our best to prevent water shut-offs however, we did have recent line breaks as the City of Scottsdale increased the water pressure unexpectedly. We spared no expense to have a licensed contractor repair it as quickly as possible, we apologize for any inconvenience. In addition, we have all buildings scheduled to be power washed and prepared for new exterior paint. Being as we are directly on a lush golf course it is common to get some minor dust build up on the buildings. They are on a cleaning rotation and should you see this in the future please inform our staff and we will have it taken care of promptly. Please contact the Management Office if you have any further comments or questions, we are happy to assist, and thank you for being a valued resident.

Well kept, quiet and beautiful area

Very much enjoyed my time living here. The admins are very responsive and the complex is an aesthetically pleasing place with nice greenery. Not to mention the close walking/biking path and recreational lake nearby. everything you’ll be looking for in a quiet suburb area. very safe too.

Terrible experience: Unreasonable, NOT family friendly

I have lived here about 1.5 months and realize it was a huge mistake. Although the property is in a great location and beautiful on the outside, the property is poorly run and is not in 'luxury' condition. In the first month I lived here, I don't think I went a week without some type of maintenance issue, which included a MASSIVE flood (up to our ankles). I had to threaten to call an emergency cleaning crew to get them to send someone that day. I've read reviews about utilities being shut off... unexpectedly and I experienced that for the first time a few weeks ago as well. We woke up one morning and had no water for the entire day - on a holiday when everyone is home from school/work no less.
If you have a family or family member with a disability, this is NOT the place to be. I had my son and 3 other special needs children in the swimming pool around 7pm on a Friday night and had the property manager come out and yell at us for being too loud. He scared the kids to death, which made gathering them up and ushering them away that much more challenging.
The rent is exorbitant even for this area. To make matters worse, they will nickel and dime you with fees. Reading directly from my invoice, I have a water fee, sewer fee, stormwater fee, billing fee, parking fee, package locker fee, pest control fee, and trash fee. There is no trash valet...the trash fee is just to use the bins. This month, I made the mistake of paying on the 2nd instead of the 1st, and found over $50 in fees added to my rent as well. To me, this shows a complete lack of class.

I regret moving here and cannot wait for the lease to be up!

PERFECTION - Hard to beat -- San Antigua LUXURY Apartments!

FANTASTIC LOCATION, SPACIOUS FLOORPLANS, QUALITY SERVICE, GREAT GROUP OF DIVERSE PEOPLE! San Antigua truly puts the LUXURY back into apartment living. I LOVE my apartment - the floorplan, space, proximity to parking and trash - EVERYTHING. I've lived here 6 years and continue to be impressed w/ the rapid response I've received to the few service requests I've had....and follow-up afterward inquiring if my expectations had been exceeded was unexpected and much appreciated. All new appliances... were installed throughout the entire complex of apartments and townhouses in the Fall of 2013. The property is maintained impeccably - from landscaping to pest control. Most importantly -- the people. I enjoy living amongst a wide range of friendly, diverse people -- singles and families, people of all ages, race and nationalities. You couldn't ask for a more perfect location - shopping close by, beautiful pools, miles of walking trails -- plus, easy access to the airport....and pretty much anywhere else you'd want to go. There is no place in the Greater Phoenix Area that I would want to live than San Antigua! I feel safe and secure in this gated PARADISE.
