The Quincy at Kierland Apartamentos

This is so upsetting to write. I volunteered to speak to possible new residents about how great this property is. It is not. Nothing ever gets fixed. The elevator is always broken, the garage is broken for almost a month, and someone is currently parked in our spot. As someone who is disabled, I rely on the services provided like the elevator and my parking spot. This is unacceptable. The management here should be ashamed of themselves.

We recently moved into The Quincy and absolutely love it! The modern design, top-notch amenities, and friendly staff make it a wonderful place to call home. Plus, the location is perfect, with easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Everyone at the apartments is super friendly, it is very clean, easy to get around. Gina at the front made the whole process easy to understand, and easy to follow.

Moved in last weekend and the processed felt flawless and smooth. The office requires new residents to make appointment prior to moving in to give keys and fob and go over rules and guidelines. This is a great way to cover important information however sometimes it is hard to coordinate times or to spend 45min to 1 hrs when you have movers waiting or other things going on. I would suggest that some flexibility is offered to go over all other relevant of details at a later time, when time allows... it. It felt as it was a requirement not an option. This is a brand new apartment complex so expect all units in prime condition!! I am loving it so far... Lee mas

Great staff, easy to move in! Only issue was unit was slightly dirty at time of move in and elevator broke. Outside of a few minor inconveniences this place is great!
