Pool is green
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the current state of the pool. As it is summer in Arizona, access to a well-maintained pool is not just a luxury but an expectation. Unfortunately, the pool has been in poor condition for quite some time now. It is green to the point that it’s impossible to see the bottom, which is not only unappealing, but raises serious safety concerns.
What makes this even more troubling is that there has been no communication from management regarding the pool's... condition. No updates or emails have been sent to residents, leaving us unaware of any efforts being made to resolve the issue. At this point, it seems unsafe to even attempt swimming, and it’s unclear why no work has been done to address the situation. It’s unacceptable to have a major amenity in this condition without any explanation, especially when residents are still paying for access to it.
Given the summer heat, many residents, including myself, rely on the pool to cool off. It would be nice if management took action to restore the pool to a usable and safe condition and to provide regular updates to residents. Communication is key, and we would appreciate transparency on what steps are being taken.

Hello, thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. The pool you were referring to experienced a component failure, which required us to order a replacement part. We’re happy to share that the necessary repairs have now been completed, and... the pool is open for resident use once again. For future reference, we want to remind all residents that we do have a second pool on-site that remains fully operational and available for use.
