Walls and floors are super thin Upgrades are cheap, the police activity has increased and noise from neighbors and loud music from cars at ungodly hours is constant. I endured loud upstairs neighbors, I have never heard as much bumping, thuds hard walking and to top it off the walls are so thin I was woken up by their cellphone alarm at 3 am. Maintenance was nice but it took several trips and sometimes months to fix get simple things fixed. The complex looks nice, the apartment was laid out... nicely and the area is convenient. I never lived in apartments where I could hear my neighbors at all, I've lived in affordable apartments too, nothing luxury. I can actually hear my downstairs neighbors when they close doors and sliding doors. It's true that you can smell cigarette and weed smoke when you are inside the apartments, even when you keep the doors and windows closed. Lived here for 2 years and found 2 scorpions in my apartment so far and I live on the 3rd floor. If you are apartment shopping in this area and you can... budget for the next cheapest apartment, do not settle for this place. Lee mas

The apartments say that 82F in June before it even gets the hottest it can get in AZ is the best I can do with every vent closed but the living room. tempe.gov says it can't exceed this limit and it does/has. I spend $280-$300 a month on electric bills for this degree. When it hit almost 120, It was 85 degrees in here. They requested me to transfer to another apartment rather than finding a fix here. Ive uprooted my life enough, im tired of it. I just want what's legal for my AC as a renter as I... have blackout curtains and bamboo shades. Ive put in over 8 tickets to the office with no resolve except everyone redirecting airflow making sure every other vent in this 1 bedroom less than 900 sq ft apartment only has the living room air duct open. It gets so hot I just go to sleep cause the living room is miserable and thats where my DNS servers and NAS system hang out. Its too hot in here for my equipment and ive basically been asked to leave from here, nicely. I feel they will evict me other than fix the issue and I pay on the day they put the bill out every month. I just want fair and equal treatment. Lee mas

The office staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. Any issues you have, they just tell you "sorry" and do not do anything about it. It takes days for maintenance to do anything when you put a request in. 3 of our appliances had leak issues throughout our entire lease. This place sucks. Save yourself the stress and do not live here.
