love it here

i’ve been living here for over 2 years now and i don’t want to leave! great staff, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. the apartments are a good size for what you pay for. the property is a bit older but still very nice.

Just as beautiful in person!

I recently chose Highland Park for my move from Wisconsin, and I have been treated with kindness, and a warm welcome. So many other valley tours treated my visit like an inconvenience. My home is beautiful! When will I get used to all this sunshine?

Great Location


I love living here! The management is friendly and responsive, the amenities are great, and the community is clean and safe. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the location is super convenient. Highly recommend!

Verified Renter

Highland Park strengths are on the office staff hours, and responsiveness, and the area is clean of pests or insects. However the maintenance requests timeliness and quality in completion are a major issue, at least in my experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying unless these issues are resolved.
