Avoid at all costs
Do not rent here. My lease is at the end, and it couldn't be sooner. I have had 18 work orders, and I haven't been here a year. They range from no A/C, no hot water, and a quarter inch gap at the bottom of my door. Currently in the middle of January I have no hot water and there is no update to when it will be addressed. The thermostat does not work I have to turn the entire unit off or on depending on what I want. A working thermostat is for "upgraded" units. The bug problem is absolutely... ridiculous and had I known that this was an issue I never would have signed a lease here at all. I tried to give this property the benefit of the doubt and it was a mistake. Do your homework and avoid this place
